Before we embark on your personal training journey, we’ll schedule an introductory call to ensure we’re a good fit. This conversation is about connection and alignment, laying the foundation for what’s to come.
Once you trust me to guide you toward your fitness goals, I’ll send a tailored questionnaire to gather key insights about your current lifestyle, health status, and aspirations. This helps me prepare for our initial, more in-depth consultation, which we’ll ideally schedule within the same week—because momentum is key, and we want to strike while the iron is hot.
Our first consultation will be an extended session to assess your baseline fitness level, identify potential obstacles, and uncover your personal ‘why.’ We’ll also discuss any injuries or ailments you’re managing and clarify your long-term fitness goals. With this holistic understanding, I’ll craft a strategic plan that aligns with both your current abilities and your vision.
Within just a few days, you’ll gain access to the fitness and nutrition app, ready to start building the physique you’ve always dreamed of.
2, BuIld it.
This is where the transformation truly begins. With your personalized plan in place, we’ll meet for a weekly 30-minute review call to track your progress. These calls are about more than just metrics—they’re an opportunity to check in on every aspect of your journey: how you’re feeling physically, where your mindset is, and how you’re handling nutrition.
During these sessions, We’ll dive into what went well and where you faced challenges, using this time to reflect and refine your approach. We’ll adjust your and address any mental blocks or stressors that may be impacting your progress. This ensures that your training stays aligned with your evolving goals and capabilities.
But my support doesn’t end with these calls. I’ll be available to you throughout the week, providing feedback, and offering encouragement whenever you need it. Whether you’re unsure about a workout technique or facing a moment of doubt, I’m in your corner, ensuring you stay on track and motivated.
Our work together is about building more than just a routine—it’s about creating a lifestyle shift that fits into your busy schedule and empowers you to consistently show up for yourself. As we approach the culmination of our journey, we’ll hold a longer 60-minute session to reflect on the transformation you’ve achieved. We’ll also explore how to avoid falling back into old habits by identifying the triggers and patterns. With this awareness, I’ll help you establish sustainable habits that fit into your life—so that even after our sessions conclude, you can continue to thrive.
