My Approach: Personalized, Holistic, and Actionable
1, Dream it.
Before we start your wellness journey, we’ll begin with a discovery call. This initial conversation is designed to give us a sense of whether we’re the right fit for one another, and it allows me to gain a clear understanding of your specific challenges as a high-performing entrepreneur or executive. I understand how easy it is for health to take a backseat when you’re juggling a demanding career, leadership responsibilities, and family life. This call will explore where you currently stand and where you want to be.
Once you’re ready to commit, I’ll send over a comprehensive intake questionnaire. This gives me the background I need on your current habits, lifestyle, and health goals. By gathering this information upfront, we’re able to hit the ground running in our first session. During this first coaching session, we’ll invest extra time to go in-depth. We’ll assess your baseline health and well-being, identifying both your strengths and areas that need attention. This process helps us uncover your deepest motivations—your “why”—and provides a framework for setting realistic, achievable goals for the weeks ahead.
Together, we’ll create a customized roadmap that will guide our coaching journey. This plan will not only focus on addressing your immediate health concerns but also on building a vision for the long term. We’ll consider how to navigate the most common roadblocks that may arise from your work-life demands, whether it's a lack of time, stress, or difficulty maintaining consistency. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and direction.
2, Build it.
After the discovery phase, we’ll transition into the building phase, where the real transformation happens. You’ll have weekly coaching sessions lasting around 45 minutes, and each session will be designed to help you stay on track, push through any obstacles, and fine-tune your approach. These sessions are structured to give you actionable steps each week, whether that’s modifying your exercise routine to better suit your packed schedule or adjusting your nutrition to keep you energized through the day.
You won’t be navigating this journey on your own. Between sessions, you’ll have unlimited access to me via email or WhatsApp. This ongoing support ensures that you always have someone to turn to, whether you need encouragement, advice, or help staying accountable. No question is too small, and I’ll be there to assist you in real-time, especially when work or travel throws a wrench in your plans. It’s like having a coach in your pocket, available to help you adapt and adjust as life happens.
As our journey comes to a close, we’ll have a final 60-minute session where we’ll celebrate the progress you’ve made and review the transformation that’s taken place. We’ll assess your new habits, mental and physical improvements, and overall well-being. Most importantly, we’ll work together to design a strategy for maintaining your success, ensuring that you don’t slip back into old habits. Should you feel the need for continued guidance, we’ll also discuss options for ongoing support to keep you moving forward, so you can sustain your momentum and continue thriving in all aspects of your life.
